In any travel to Mexico you are likely to notice a tall skeleton woman wearing an ornately adorned dress with a lavish plumed hat. She appears in many books, cartoons, on posters, as figures and in the works of some of Mexico's greatest artists. She is not another skeleton in Mexican art and lore, but a distinct figure named La Catrina. At Taqueria Catrina it is our goal to hold onto traditions and we want that to be seen in our food. We use traditional recipes to create authentic Mexican dishes in the way that you prefer the most. So, eat what is good. Eat at Taqueria Catrina Cantina.
Excellent steak tacos. Much better than the chain Mexican restaurants for about the same price. I try to eat there everytime I'm in town.
Ordered takeout and the nachos were huge! The meal was super filling and easily shareable! The fried shrimp quesadilla was also delicious. All of the food was seasoned well and different than other places around town!
The absolute BEST part of the meal was the street corn 🌽🌽🌽! Everyone raved about how good this was! I went back to get another order and also order more of their house made horchata! Some of the best horchata I have had in the Little Rock area!
